“Enlarge your house, build an addition. Spread out your home and spare no expense! For you will soon be bursting at the seams……..” –Isaiah 54:2
The key word is ‘change’. The above quoted scripture implies that you should move, not be static, and you should take actions. Don’t be despondent. If you want a different result, then desist from doing the same thing the same way. Never be afraid of trying something new, remember; amateurs built the ark, professionals built the Titanic.
“The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones”
It will not cost God anything to enlarge you but it will cost you something to enjoy enlargement. Change is not inevitable especially in the life of anyone who is not satisfied with his or her situation. I believe you have appraised Year 2017, you have noted the grey areas; where you stumbled or failed to meet up and you have therefore made up your mind to change your thought process, confession, attitude and actions.
When Jesus said to the twelve disciples, in response to their request in the book of Luke 9:13, “You feed them……”, He was not engaging in a foolish talk or making fun of them. He knew their capacity. He knew how endowed God had made them, though the disciples didn’t realize it because they refused to stretch their faith to accommodate the ability to feed nations. But we shall feed nations, because grace to do so is already imparted to us.
Jesus said before ascension “greater things than these shall you do”
Don’t be like the disciples who had the Lord of increase with them, yet refused to tap into the anointing. If you are genuinely born-again, you are an embodiment of God the father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. So you are already empowered and re-programmed to manifest increase. Heaven has already set you up to enjoy all manner of blessings.
God unleashed so much capacity upon Man, including the capacity to multiply. Though it was lost to Satan through Adam, it was gloriously restored through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Beloved, dare to believe God for enlargement because it is your turn. And by this time 2019, you will be a thousand times more enlarged than you are in every strata of your life, be it spiritual, economic, political influence, career wise, academic, family – wise in Jesus name. Amen.
