The TMO PadATeen Project started in 2018 to commemorate the International Women’s Day in March, and we have since reached 12 schools and communities in six cities across two countries, catering to 1500 teenage girls.
For the 2024 project, we were in Lagos and Ibadan Nigeria, and distributed 520 Sanitary Pads to a total of 310 girls.
In Lagos,

We visited three locations and reached 250 girls. Distributed 420 pads in total.
1. Mende Senior High School
2. Learning Gate College
3. Makoko Community (merged with Learning Gate College)
We have provided a full report of our visit to these places. Kindly click the buttons below for a breakdown of how it went.
In Ibadan,

We visited the Oyo State Juvenile Correctional Institution/Centre for Abandoned Children at Sango-Eleyele Road, Ibadan. We reached 60 girls (distributed a pad each) in total and had a great time overall. Click the button below for a detailed report of what we were up to.
FINANCES
We did a quick crowdfunding in-house and via our social platforms, and despite the short notice, we got some donations.
