Give This a Second Thought

Happy New month, my friends. I realized 31days have flown by just like that. And like the Philosopher/Preacher (in Ecclesiastes), I realized that while passing through the journey of January, I saw, heard and learnt a lot.

So, for my first post in the month of February, I’ll be sharing some words of wisdom based on my experiences.

The life we live these days, people are always looking for manifestations and quick results, but they forget that results are only evidence of discipline and principles followed.

Discipline is taking principles very seriously and diligently. The boycott of discipline has made people lose out on the grand stage of life.

Don’t be in a rush to manifest, because you may appear before your due time and not last as you ought to, if only you waited for the right time.

There seems to be a rush at this early hour of the day, a rush to end the day before time. A lot of fun seems to be ongoing at a time when work is meant to be. Let patience have its full course.

Don’t join the multitude to do evil, as long as you know it is wrong, stand aloof, even if it means standing alone.

Know this that “those who betray, will always walk alone”, so never bite the hands that feed you or support you in any way.

Success is neither at the starting point, nor halfway, but at the finish line, so run your race with humility and patience.

The year might still be early in days but it’s no yardstick to go to sleep, waiting for the perfect moment. Neither is it far spent such that you will kill yourself with workload or anxiety. Apply wisdom at every junction.

If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.

Philippians 2:1‭-‬2 KJV
