How Exceptional Can I Be? – A Poem

A flawed being, made from clay
A carrier of a million mistakes
And a product of a horrid past,
How exceptional can I be?

I have scars, a proof of my foolishness
Swollen eyes from crying so hard
And a broken heart as my gold medal
How exceptional can I be?

I am no celebrity
I am no role model
Neither am I famous
How exceptional can I be?

I have no real achievements
Zero awards and trophies
And a complete ghost to google
How exceptional can I be?

Everyone is unique they say
Born with amazing potentials
But here I am, Ordinary in every way
How exceptional can I be?

I am constantly invincible
Just another being in the multitude
Yet, I carry so much content
How exceptional can I be?

Its about time I manifested!
Show the world who I am
Bringing to light
How exceptional I can be!

I choose to offer Value
I choose to make impact
Giving the world a glimpse of
How exceptional I can be!

I choose to live fully
I choose to die empty
Pouring out a legacy of
How exceptional I can be!

I choose to put in the work
I choose to get the results
I constantly bring to my remembrance
How exceptional I can be!

A beautiful being, made in His Image
A carrier of light and a product of grace
Living the intentional life of
How exceptional I can be!

How exceptional can you be?
