The PadATeen Project held on the 29th of March 2019 in Lagos, with it’s primary location – Estate Junior Grammar School, Ilupeju.
It was a success as the volunteers mounted high, educating the students on their monthly cycle and happily taking down questions from the students. We had a total number of 107 pads distributed to these amazing teens, along with our 8 volunteers helping out to meet the work easier.
It was an outstanding success. We are thankful for being able to put a smile on the faces of these girls as we gave out pad in honour of the international women’s day which held on the 8th of March.
We were also supported by two teachers, who helped in ensuring the students were in their best behavior. We also thank the school principal for being so kind.
