The PadATeen project held in Calabar Nigeria on the 24th of March 2021 at Government Secondary School, Ikot Ansa, Calabar.
We arrived at the school in the morning. The students were writing their exams when we arrived, so we first spoke to 58 students who were through with their papers and later to 21 students for the second set. This was handled by Nurse Miracle. We also had time for questions and answers, which Nurse Idorenyin attended to.
We gave two bags of 4 sanitary napkins to the Vice-principal academic and a bag each to two teachers.
Finally, we paid a thank-you visit to the Principal’s office and presented her with some items for the school sickbay. With that, we left the school premises amidst smiles and a show of gratitude for the outreach.
